Duration
  • One challenge room experience is a total of 30 minutes
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked in session so we can brief you on the game play

  • We recommend you wear clothes that you can comfortably get active in.
Terms And Conditions
  • Reservations are required. Please follow the booking instructions to redeem online and select a date
  • The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins
  • The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited 
  • Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday
  • Each unique voucher code can only be used once. It cannot be used with other promotions and discount codes including the Family Deal.

Cancellation Policy
  • No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds
  • To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
  • You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking

  • Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
